Our approach to tackling the triple crises of climate change, nature loss and inequality

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) binds over 190 countries to work together to tackle climate change. Each year the parties to the convention meet to review progress. The 30th Conference of Parties (COP30) takes place in Belém, Brazil, from 10-21 November 2025.
IIED researchers and partners will lead and present at events throughout COP30. And IIED has published a range of briefings and reports relevant to COP30.
