The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) binds over 190 countries to work together to tackle climate change. Each year the parties to the convention meet to review progress. The 31st Conference of Parties (COP31) takes place in Antalya, Turkiye, from 9-20 November 2026.

IIED researchers and partners will lead and present at events throughout COP31.
