Current work
Tracy is the director for the Least Developed Countries initiative for Effective Adaptation and Resilience (LIFE-AR) interim secretariat.
She provides technical and strategic advice and support to the Least Developed Countries (LDC) group and the ten LIFE-AR countries and is responsible for catalysing the successful scale-up, delivery of innovative and business unusual approaches to adaptation to support long term access of climate finance by the LDCs. She is also working with the LIFE-AR board and LDCs to transition LIFE-AR secretariat to the LDC Group as an LDC led Facility, while also stewarding the overall progress of LIFE-AR including technical assistance to connect to peers, LDC partners and other sources of expertise building on their global connections with international partners, local institutions, academia, technical experts and local communities.
