Senior evaluator and lead analyst

Sam's work focuses on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), effectiveness and impact of investments in adaptation, including the value and commercial viability of investments in climate adaptation. Sam also works on integrating climate into development programming and climate risk assessments.
