Efforts to help the world's poor will face crises in coming decades as climate change radically alters conditions. This paper looks at how Action Research for Community Adapation in Bangladesh (ARCAB),a global consortium organised by IIED, will converge on Bangladesh to learn about confronting long-term climate change.
