ADEQUATE REPLENSIHMENT AND APPROPRIATE REFORM NEEDED: IIED and partners COWI collaborated on a major process evaluation of the Least Developed Countries Fund. The evaluation was funded by Danida who jointly managed the work with the GEF evaluation office. The evaluation took nine months to complete and has been made available to those negotiating what should become the new international finance architecture for supporting climate change adaptation in developing countries. Simon Anderson – head of the IIED Climate Change Group led the evaluation team. The moan findings and recommendations are available in the executive summary of the report.
