IIED is seeking a people services manager to join the people team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD-qualified human resources professional with payroll management experience and a talent for mentoring others.
The role will encompass a range of elements: managing a team, overseeing the development of our human resources information system, ensuring contracts are managed and complied with, and the management of our payroll and benefits. The deadline for applications is midnight on Sunday, 17 September.
The Climate Change research group is hiring a principal researcher. This role will have the chance to develop and guide research and a team that supports local and marginalised communities, strengthening their voice in the decision-making arena.
To be considered for the role, you will need to significant demonstrable experience working on climate adaptation and/or international development issues in least developed countries; experience working on climate and/or development finance; and a proven track record of designing and implementing research projects, policy analysis or programme evaluations on climate finance and climate adaptation policy. The deadline for applications is midnight on Monday, 18 September.
And a senior project officer is wanted by the Shaping Sustainable Markets research group to provide project management support and assist with finance, business development and fundraising activities.
The role is to specifically work with the inclusive green economy and energy teams to oversee projects and programmes, lead on donor, partner, subcontractor and consultancy contracts, and monitor progress against donor contracts. The deadline for applications is midnight on Wednesday, 27 September 2023.
