Noor has experience in research and programme management support for countries vulnerable to climate impacts in policy, diplomacy and processes.

Before IIED

Noor has previously worked as a programme officer supporting the work of the Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF), a South-South cooperation platform of developing countries vulnerable to climate impacts, focused on climate change action and policy.

Current work

Noor currently supports IIED's Climate Change research group in its capacity building programme and in the development and implementation of global decisions in the international climate change processes (UNFCCC).
