National Report on the Mainstreaming Biodiversity in Development Policy and Planning Initiative Project in Ghana

This report looks at the Mainstreaming Biodiversity in Development Policy and Planning initiative in Ghana from September 2015 to March 2016. It reports on a two-day multi-sectoral national workshop held in November 2015 which identified the next phase of the National Development Agenda as a target for improved biodiversity mainstreaming, with a particular emphasis on agriculture, fisheries and forestry and an ambition to see a concerted effort for mainstreaming in the national development plan.
