Cinzia is a programme and grant manager with more than 15 years’ experience of working in the development sector on large-scale programmes and with experience of working in Africa, East and South Asia, and South America.
Expertise
Project management of multi-year, multi-currency international projects, strategic financial planning of programme work, mentoring and managing to build confidence and skills, and partnership management for collaboration across stakeholders.
Before IIED
Before moving to IIED's partnerships team in the Climate Change research group, Cinzia was a programme manager in IIED’s inclusive green economy team.
Before joining IIED, Cinzia developed and managed the financial administration of ClientEarth’s multi-million grants portfolio; led on the financial management of the budget strengthening initiative project (BSI) at the Overseas Development Institute, and was finance officer at Peace Brigades International’s secretariat in London.
