Pa Jarju

Pa Ousman Jarju is a former chair of the Least Developed Countries Group (LDC) in the UNFCCC negotiations. He is The Gambia's Minister of Environment, Climate Change, Forestry, Water and Wildlife, and was the first special climate envoy to be appointed from a Least Developed Country.
