Morgan Williams

Morgan has more than 10 years' experience in project management in the international development sector, with a focus on partnership management and consortium coordination.

Morgan spent six years working in project management for Internews Network in Afghanistan, France and then London.

Morgan currently sits in the strengthening partnerships team in the Climate Change research group, focusing on the programme management of the Least Developed Country (LDC) Initiative for Effective Adaptation and Resilience (LIFE-AR).

She provides managerial support, expertise, governance and capacity building to the development and smooth running of the programme and team to ensure the successful completion of work activities. This includes high level operational oversight of progress across all workstreams, risk management, due diligence, managing donor relationships and achievement of milestones.

Before this role she lead on the project management of the decentralised climate finance portfolio for IIED, focusing on projects in Tanzania and Kenya.
