Marika has more than 10 years' experience of managing project partnerships with UNFCCC climate negotiators from the least developed countries (LDCs), with a focus on achieving climate justice through equity and ambition in global climate decision-making.

Before IIED

  • Marika worked as a project manager for an international development consultancy and as a learning and development coordinator for a multinational energy corporation
