She also works across other programmes including the CRAKS project that aims to strengthen the agricultural adaptation knowledge system in Uganda.
Lilian is a member of IIED’s race and racism working group, where she is supporting the institute’s anti-racism agenda.
Participatory learning and action; decentralised climate finance approaches; climate risk and vulnerability assessments; and gender and social inclusion.
Education
Working with Uganda’s ministry of water and environment to implement the devolved climate finance mechanism that aims to invest at least 70% of climate finance behind local priorities; working with actors across the agriculture value chain to strengthen the agricultural adaptation knowledge system in Uganda to build community resilience.
