Before IIED
Bénédicte worked as international programme accountant for Oxfam, supporting the financial management of a water, sanitation and hygiene consortium in Kenya and the Democratic Republic of Congo and other multi-country programmes.
Prior to this, she worked as funding coordinator for Oxfam in Zambia and as personal assistant to the president of the International Federation for Human Rights in Paris.

Works to ensure the effective and efficient operational management of the Reversing Environmental Degradation in Africa and Asia (REDAA) programme, focusing on the management of systems & processes, contracts and finance, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), and grantee support.
