A digital marketer passionate about climate communications, creating and marketing social media and digital content across channels, and working with colleagues and partners to amplify stories of climate action. 

Anne has extensive experience in marketing strategy and planning, creating marketing content for social media and the web, newsletter and CRM management, as well as planning and management of in-person and online events. She supports the institute in the promotion of publications and all digital content, and provides training to staff inside and outside the organisation on marketing and social media best practice.

She leads on the communications planning, marketing and in-conference coverage for IIED's long-running community-based adaptation (CBA) conferences. This includes planning all pre-conference marketing communications for IIED as well as liaising with partners on shared content; planning and drafting in-conference written, photo, video and social media coverage; creation of daily email updates and email follow up with participants.
