This zine, 'What does gender justice mean to IIED and to me?', emerged from two facilitated dialogues with IIED staff reflecting on what gender justice means in principle, the language used to articulate it and how it is expressed in collaborative work with partners. Drawing directly on these conversations, alongside key IIED resources and contributed examples, the zine translates conceptual debates into grounded reflections and practice-oriented insights. It explores how gender justice is understood across different roles and contexts within IIED, and highlights both shared commitments and areas of ongoing learning - with an aim to foster continued dialogue, critical reflection and collective action.
