Florence has over 10 years of experience researching factors that enable vulnerable people to better manage climate and disaster risk. She also researchers how to reform the humanitarian and development sectors to deliver finance more effectively for climate change adaptation. She is currently based in Bangkok, but has experience working in Myanmar, Madagascar, Ethiopia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
