Before IIED

In her early career Sophie managed a British Heart Foundation charity shop, and then in several roles working with adults experiencing multiple disadvantages.

Moving into administrative roles, Sophie was business manager at Voluntary Action Lewisham supporting the local voluntary sector, and worked in the finance team at Fareshare UK.
