A climate finance researcher focused on ensuring that locally led adaptation principles are translated into action so that local communities have agency over the adaptation decisions, while establishing mutual accountability in the climate finance landscape.

Rojy connects evidence to action and learning, bridging the gap between local communities and global climate finance actors to drive transformative change in climate governance systems. She collaborates with multiple stakeholders including the multilateral agencies, governments, civil society organisations, and climate funds to enhance climate finance accessibility.

Rojy is also a member of IIED’s Research and Learning Committee.
