The deadline for registration at the early rate of USD 700 expired on 28th February and the deadline for seeking funding expired on 31st January. Therefore any final registrations before the final cut-off date of 31st March will cost USD 1,000.

Due to an overwhelming interest in participation this year, there are only a limited number of people who can still be accepted.

Those unable to attend can register as a Virtual Internet Participant (VIP) to receive all the conference materials and live updates from the event.

Registration fee for attending the conference per person:
Registration Fees USD 1000
Field Visit Fees USD 500

Fees for Accommodation at the conference venue: USD 750 (5 nights) or
USD 900 (6 nights)

If you do not have a Bangladeshi embassy in your country, please contact us if you need an on-arrival visa. All requests will need to be submitted two months prior to the conference.

7. ACCOMODATION

Participants are requested to arrange their own hotels bookings for their stay in Dhaka. A number of rooms have been allocated in a number of different hotels, including the Ruposhi Bangla hotel which will host the 7th International Conference on Community-Based Adaptation. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm your room and make payment.

Early booking is advised as rooms will be available on a first come first served basis.
