Current Vacancies | How to Apply The International Institute
for Environment and Development (IIED) is an independent, non-profit research
institute working in the field of sustainable development. In alliance
with others we seek to help shape a future that ends global poverty and
delivers and sustains efficient and equitable management of the world's
natural resources. Based in London, IIED currently has 74 staff from 16
countries and an annual budget of £9m. Please
note that we do not accept speculative applications and CVs.

How to apply Note: For positions with FIELD please follow the specific instructions on the job details page. You can download IIED's application for employment form in either 'Adobe PDF', or 'MS Word' format. The PDF option can be printed as hard copy and filled in manually. The MS Word option can either be printed first or filled in on-screen from within the MS Word Program and then printed and signed. To save a file from this site directly to your hard disk, click the right hand mouse button (PC) or ctrl-click (Mac), on the relevant link and select 'Save Target As' (Internet Explorer) or 'Save Link As' (Netscape) from the pop-up menu that appears, this will give you a dialog box in which you can specify where on your system you wish the file to be saved. An application form is also available by writing to the HR Officer, IIED, 3 Endsleigh Street, London, WC1H 0DD or email hr@iied.org When completing your application form please use the space provided and additional sheets if necessary, to expand on your experience of the areas described in the person specification section of the full job description. While we are pleased to receive completed application forms as email attachments, we are not able to consider them for shortlisting until a hard copy bearing the applicant's signature is received.
