Décentralisation: la mise au point

The Drylands Programme's bulletin Haramata has become established as a major networking and information channel for those working for the sustainable development of drylands areas, mainly in Africa, but also in Asia. Three to four Issue Papers of about 30 pages accompany each Haramata, allowing for subjects to be treated in greater depth. Every edition of Haramata and the Issue Papers is published in both French and English.
