Vicky Reynolds

Chief operating officer

A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, specialising in charities and the non-profit sector for over 20 years. Reynolds has gained in-depth experience of leading and improving charity support functions to provide effective and responsive business support.

Expertise

Charities, strategic planning, governance and company secretarial, change management and project management, budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, financial and BI reporting, contracts and SLAs, mergers, restructures and trading, risk management, GDPR.

Before IIED

She has worked in the non-profit sector for the last 20 years. Most recently, she was the interim executive director of finance, governance and resources at Sustrans. Previously, Reynolds worked in varied charities including Combat Stress, Carers Trust, Scope and NSPCC.

Current work

Vicky Reynolds is responsible for the provision of core services, chairing the operations management team, as well as ensuring the delivery of business plans and that IIED’s operating model is financially sustainable.
