Eugénie is a project manager with ten years of professional experience in international development. She has lived and worked in several countries on a wide range of thematic programmes, such as human rights, peacebuilding, education, livelihood and health.

Project management; partnership management; civil society strengthening; adaptive programming; monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL); human rights and human rights defenders with a focus on Angola.
