Senior human resources (HR) professional with experience in supporting business growth through delivering expert HR services to strengthen people practices.

Expertise

Project management, strategy and development, policies and procedures, employee relations, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, graduate and internship recruitment strategy.

Before IIED

Previously worked as head of HR at a tech consultancy and continues to volunteer with charity start-ups in developing their HR function. Angela has also worked as a marketing professional at the Financial Times, and several marketing agencies.

Current work

Executing the delivery of specific projects and initiatives across a range of workstreams that support the long-term goals of the people team and standardises HR practice across the organisation. Projects include IR35 tax law, global workforce, resourcing and retention, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
