National Report on Mainstreaming Biodiversity into Development Planning Initiative Zimbabwe
This report outlines three workshops led by the National Biodiversity Forum as part of the Mainstreaming Biodiversity in Development Policy and Planning Initiative in Zimbabwe in 2015-2016. The report identifies domestication of the Sustainable Development Goals as the key development process for mainstreaming biodiversity, with an ambition to see Goal 15 identified as a national priority for Zimbabwe and integrated into the implementation of the other goals, improved resources allocation and an increased understanding of biodiversity in the planning process.
