Nicole holds executive responsibility for governance, risk, compliance, sustainability, internal audit, business planning, programme management and organisational performance and assurance.

She has led significant organisational change, including co-delivering a major transformation and cost reduction programme.

Her work centres on ensuring that governance, systems and ways of working enable high-quality research, partnerships and impact. She brings over 20 years’ experience at IIED, spanning programme delivery to executive leadership, combining strategic oversight with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
