This Update highlights the impacts and plans of the Forest Governance Learning Group in its country-based and international work. Over the past year, it has helped create impact including: the President in Uganda backing down on the give-away of forest reserves; high-level action on illegal logging in Mozambique; and shaping of the Ghana-EC Voluntary Partnership Agreement on legal timber.
