Assistant Project Coordinator
Bernice Lee joined MMSD as Assistant Project Coordinator in December
2000, and worked with Project Coordinator, Richard Sandbrook.
A Hong Kong Chinese national, Bernice worked at the Strategic Planning
Unit of the Secretary-General's office in the United Nations, principally
on Kofi Annan's Millennium Report. Bernice was Warren Weaver Fellow
(International Security) at the Rockefeller Foundation in New York (1998-99),
Research Fellow (and author of an Adelphi Paper) at the International
Institute for Strategic Studies in London (1997-98), a consultant for
the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC,
and lectured at the London School of Economics (LSE) and the University
of Birmingham in the UK.
Bernice is currently a PhD candidate at the LSE. She holds an MSc in
International Relations from the LSE and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy,
Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
