YouTube clips of IIED-supported journalists at UN climate talks

Short video interviews with some of the journalists that the Climate Change Media Partnership took to the UN climate change conference in Bali last month can now be viewed online at YouTube.

The partnership — a collaboration between IIED, Internews and Panos — took journalists from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean to Bali and provided a programme of support to boost the coverage of climate change in their home countries.

In this clip, Imelda Abaño from the Philippines explains how her country would have had zero media representation at the conference if the partnership had not brought her.

To view the rest of the interviews (2-4 minutes each) and find out what the journalists gained from being in Bali, visit: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=ccmediapartnership
