Notes:

  • Programmes aim at enhancing managerial and technical skills in partner countries and cover subjects of strategic importance to economic and social development. Most programmes concern the fields of transport, communications, energy, environmental protection and industry. A number of training programmes cover the social sector, for instance health and human rights.
  • International training programmes are open to candidates from lower and lower-middle income developing countries. Programmes are also arranged for participants from Central- and Eastern Europe.
  • Minimum qualifications are a university degree and relevant working experience. Organisations, institutions, corporations and authorities from both the public and private sectors are welcome to nominate candidates.
