The Drylands Programme publishes Issue Papers (Dossiers) in English and French which provide a forum for practitioners and policy makers to share ideas and experiences on the wide range of development issues that

affect people living in dryland areas. We welcome contributions to this series. Three to four Issue Papers accompany each issue of Haramata, allowing subjects to be treated in greater depth.
